FAQ
1. Can i bring my own food?
Yes, however we only allow FAST FOOD, snacks & drinks.
Like MacDonalds, KFC, Pizzas, Popeyes, Mos burger, etc
This is due to the smell and mess of certain kind of food.
We would do a quick check on the CozyPlace room for any damages to our furniture or stains on our sofa before you leave.
There would be a $50 - $100 cleaning fee imposed should there be any.
Please do ask if you’re unsure the food you have in mind is allowed!
3. Is there a check-in process?
No, just show up at our outlet at the respective outlet for your booking!
A staff will show you to your CozyPlace room!
4. I received an email saying my purchase/booking got cancelled because payment was not received in time.
But my payment got through…
If you attempted booking more than once before successfully booking your slot,
you will receive the “cancellation” email due to your previous “failed” attempts.
If you received an invoice, that means your booking is confirmed.
5. Are your rooms fully private?
Yes, there is a door and it cannot be viewed from the outside. However, we DO NOT have locks.
Rest assured, there is a staff present to ensure no random entry by others.
6. Can i cancel my booking?
I’m afraid we do not accept any cancellations or refunds.
7. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, we can reschedule your booking as long as you notify us 5 days before your booking date.
Do note that each booking is only allowed ONE reschedule.
I’m afraid we DO NOT reschedule bookings less than 5 days away.
8. Is alcohol allowed?
No, we do not allow consumption of alcohol in CozyPlace!
We do not have an alcohol license and we do not want to be FINED by the government!
