Upon booking confirmation, i’m afraid we do not offer refunds.
For rescheduling, for more than 3 days before your booking date, we’ll be happy to reschedule it for you complimentary.
For 2 days it would be 25% of your booking invoice.
For the day before, it would be 75% of your booking invoice.
On the day itself, i’m afraid we do not allow rescheduling.

Yes, please do feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
We do not allow alcohol consumption in our premise. Unless its for our romantic decor.
However, do note we do not allow strong smelling food like durian or any soupy food.
Do note that we have a $50 cleaning fee should there be any serious spillage of food or drinks on our sofas.

We do not allow outside decor as we offer our own decor packages.
Should you be interested in putting your own decor, please do reach out to us.

NO smoking/vaping. There will be a $250 fine should there be cigarette smell coming from your room.
Strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, curry) and soupy dishes are not allowed.
A $100 fee will be charged for stains (food or drink) on the sofa or excessive messes that delay the next booking.
Do not paste anything on the walls. Any damage will be billed to you.
Any damage to furniture or appliances will incur a charge for repair or replacement.
